Required Qualifications • Prior experience working in a micro- or nanofabrication cleanroom (academic, industrial, or internship experience acceptable) • Familiarity with semiconductor, MEMS, or nanofabrication processes • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow and refine complex process flows • Excellent organizational and documentation skills • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a small technical team

Preferred Qualifications

- 2–10+ years of hands-on cleanroom fabrication experience • Experience in a shared-user academic or national lab facility • Interest in growing into a process or device engineering role • Comfortable working in a startup or fast-paced R&D environment

Annual Salary Range $90,000—$150,000 USD
