Participates in and supports the operational activities of RBC Taxation, with a focus on the implementation of RBC's Global Tax Platform. Applies experience and complete working knowledge of the job and policies/practices to perform a combination of routine tasks and varied administrative/operational assignments.

• Third-Party Vendor Onboarding Compliance – Help the RBC Taxation Group to navigate the compliance requirements and documentation for onboarding vendors for our global tax platform. This includes mapping risk and control frameworks and ensuring SOX compliance throughout the process. • Transition of provision processes to third party software - Support the transition of RBC's tax provision processes to third-party software by assisting in the development of test scripts and documenting defects. The Co-op student will help identify and document risks, controls, and procedures to ensure smooth implementation and create valuable project reference materials. • Other projects • Pillar Two Compliance & Calculations – Assist with Pillar Two compliance work, including documentation of processes, risk assessments, and control frameworks. • Automation Initiatives – Various projects around automation and development, including tax agent development, macro development, and associated compliance documentation.
