Working closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Product teams, you will help strengthen the sales pipeline and accelerate business growth. This role combines proactive prospecting, consultative discovery, and data-driven execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. It offers an opportunity to develop your sales expertise while contributing to the evolution of technology in the private club sector.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will drive lead generation and build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through targeted prospecting, effective discovery, and close collaboration with internal teams. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Act as the first point of contact for prospective private club customers, communicating the value of the software through strategic, multi-channel outreach.

- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and participation in industry events.

- Identify and engage key decision-makers and influencers, including General Managers, Controllers, HR and Payroll Leaders, Membership Directors, Golf and Tennis Professionals, and Food & Beverage Managers.

- Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospects’ needs, business challenges, operational priorities, and purchasing timelines.

- Qualify leads against the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), documenting relevant insights, next steps, and activities in Salesforce.

- Schedule qualified meetings with key stakeholders, ensuring each opportunity meets internal quality standards and supports the sales process.

- Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Product teams to coordinate outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.

- Use sales platforms such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage prospecting campaigns and monitor performance.

- Support demand generation initiatives, virtual events, and industry conferences to increase market visibility and engagement.

- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual performance targets, with a goal of 60 qualified meetings per month or 720 per year.

- Share feedback on prospect behavior, market trends, and messaging effectiveness to help improve go-to-market strategies.

- Represent the organization professionally in every interaction, reinforcing its commitment to customer success and the private club industry.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a proactive and resilient sales professional with experience in business development or outbound prospecting. You should be comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, communicating value clearly, and working toward measurable targets. The following qualifications and skills are expected:

- At least 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or a related outbound sales role.

- Experience in SaaS, hospitality, or the private club industry is an advantage.

- Demonstrated ability to engage senior-level decision-makers through phone, email, social media, and video outreach.

- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain value propositions effectively.

- Familiarity with sales enablement and prospecting tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft or Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

- A results-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in learning, improving, and achieving ambitious goals.

- Strong self-motivation, accountability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

- Curiosity about the private club industry and an understanding of the operational challenges facing club operators.

- Ability to manage multiple prospects and maintain organized, accurate records throughout the sales process.

Benefits

- Base salary: CAD $70,000–$80,000.

- Full benefits package.

- Full-time, remote position based in Ontario, Canada.

- 37.5 scheduled working hours per week.

- Opportunities for professional development and career progression, including pathways into sales leadership.

- Collaborative, high-performance environment focused on innovation, customer success, and continuous improvement.
