MIAMI, FLORIDA – FULL-TIME NANNY NEEDED FOR SWEET 22-MONTH-OLD BOY!

A warm, laid-back family in Miami is seeking an experienced, nurturing, and energetic FULL-TIME NANNY to work Tuesday - Saturday, caring for their adorable 22-month-old son! Local candidates are strongly preferred; however, the family is open to relocating the right candidate. This is a long-term position for someone seeking stability and the opportunity to grow with a wonderful family. Sundays and Mondays OFF.

The family spends summers in Boston from mid-June through Labor Day, and the nanny must be comfortable accompanying them for this extended stay while maintaining a consistent 40-hour workweek. Mom is very hands-on and is looking for a warm, flexible team player who enjoys working collaboratively, following her lead, and stepping in wherever needed.

The family would love someone who leads a healthy, active lifestyle, genuinely enjoys the toddler stage, and brings enthusiasm, patience, and creativity to each day. Excellent swimming skills and strong water-safety awareness are essential, as the family spends considerable time around pools, beaches, and boats. Responsibilities include all child-related care, maintaining consistent routines, preparing healthy meals and snacks for the toddler, children's laundry, light child-related housekeeping, organizing toys and belongings, planning engaging developmental activities, and helping each day run smoothly. Strong cooking skills are a significant plus! The family has no pets or known allergies and travels infrequently outside of its annual summer stay in Boston.

They are looking to pay $35/hr gross via payroll, with overtime compensation provided when applicable. Qualifications

- BA/BS COLLEGE DEGREE | AA IN RELATED FIELD OF STUDY | OR A MINIMUM OF 5+ YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL NANNY EXPERIENCE

- UP TO DATE FIRST-AID & CPR CERTIFICATION (WILLINGNESS TO RENEW AS NEEDED)

- THE ABILITY TO MAKE A ONE-YEAR COMMITMENT UNLESS APPLYING FOR A TEMPORARY POSITION

- A PASSION FOR WORKING WITH CHILDREN

- 5+ YEARS OF CHILDCARE EXPERIENCE IN ANY FIELD

- EXCELLENT WORK AND PERSONAL REFERENCES

- U.S. DRIVER’S LICENSE (THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO NYC RESIDENTS)

- MUST BE A COMPETENT SWIMMER (IF AND WHEN REQUIRED)

- NON-SMOKER
