Part-time, year-round security agent at Blue Mountain Resort, Blue Mountains, ON, paid $21.69/hour (CAD), with a regular Friday and Saturday 8pm-4am shift pattern.
Eligibility: high school diploma or equivalent, valid Ontario Security Guard License, valid Ontario G driver's licence, must be 19 or older, and First Aid/CPR/AED training.
Duties are onsite foot and vehicle patrols, alarm and noise response, trespass handling, incident logging and first aid.
Prior security, police or military experience is an asset, not a requirement.

HOURLY RATE-$21.69 PART TIME HOURS: 8pm-4am Friday and Saturday nights
WHAT WILL I BE DOING? This position is responsible for the safety and security of all guests, staff and property of the resort during the days, evenings and overnight. The Security Agent will participate in foot and vehicle patrols to survey the entire resort regularly for appropriate controls over; noise, property damage, alarm responses, trespassing, Crisis intervention and First Aid calls etc.
- Performs regular foot and mobile security patrols both indoors and outdoors (all seasons in all types of weather).
- Provides physical security and/or cash escorts to late night employees
- Responds to fire and intrusion alarms
- Responds to all noise complaints and disruptive behaviour issues notices and deal with trespassers in accordance with Provincial statues and SOPs
- Provides First Aid/CPR/AED when required
- Documents all incidents in the security log Solves parking issues in accordance with Municipal By-Law and SOPs
WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be in possession of a valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Must be in possession of a valid Ontario G Driver's License.
- Must be 19 years of age
- Previous Security, Police and/or military experience is an asset
- Successful completion of First Aid/CPR/AED training
