Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of data collected and analyzed across various research projects.
Project Management: Manage multiple research projects simultaneously (coordinating with vendors, tracking timelines, and ensuring every study is delivered on time and to a high standard).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Undergraduate degree in a relevant field (social sciences, marketing, business, psychology, or similar), and 1+ years of experience in research analysis with a demonstrated ability to translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
Research Methodologies: Familiarity with a variety of research methodologies, including surveys, focus groups, and secondary research.
Communication: Proven ability to communicate complex data as clear, executive-ready narratives for both client and internal audiences.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
Problem-Solving: Ability to approach problems with a structured, methodical approach and recommend effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Educational Background: A postgraduate college program or master’s degree in a relevant field is a strong plus.
Experience with Advanced Analytical Tools: Experience with analytical tools such as DisplayR, SPSS, Q, R, Python, or SQL is a plus.
AI Tool Fluency: Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for research support, synthesis, and workflow efficiency is a strong plus.
