The Opportunity HUB International is looking for a Personal Insurance Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will support the servicing of personal lines accounts, helping clients with their home, auto, and travel insurance needs. You bring a service-first mindset, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative brokerage environment.

What You’ll Do

- Support the servicing of personal lines accounts, including policy changes, endorsements, and renewals under the guidance of senior team members

- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner, providing clear and accurate information on coverage, billing, and claims

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and policy documentation in the broker management system

- Assist with account reviews and help identify coverage gaps or opportunities to better protect clients

- Monitor expiry lists and follow up with clients ahead of renewal to support retention

- Support clients through the claims reporting process, helping them understand next steps and manage expectations

- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to a strong team environment

What We’re Looking For

- Level 1 License required, or willing to obtain

- Some exposure to personal lines insurance, whether through a brokerage, insurer, or related customer service role highly preferred

- Familiarity with a broker management system is an asset; EPIC experience is a plus

- Strong attention to detail with solid organizational skills

- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
