Requirements  Valid California Driver’s License  Authorization to work in the United States Required Experience  Minimum 5 years of collision repair experience Key Responsibilities  Tear down and reassemble vehicles without damaging components  Straighten steel and aluminum panels  Perform clean, proper welding and weld dressing  Follow OEM repair procedures  Use panel bonding adhesives and sounddeadening materials  Bonus: Experience with custom fiberglass or specialty bodywork Tools You Should Have  Full personal hand tool setup  Body hammers, dollies, shaping tools  Welding PPE  Basic power tools  Any specialty tools you rely on for precision or custom work Benefits  40hour work week  No weekends  Paid U.S. holidays  A stable, respectful, family oriented environment
